Ossila at InnoLAE 2025
Last week we attended InnoLAE 2025—a key event in the field of large-area electronics, which brings together academia and industry. We had the opportunity to exhibit our product range, discuss the latest research, and build valuable connections.
At our exhibition stand, we spoke with professionals across the large-area electronics community. From long-time customers to new prospects, we learned about the focus of their research and discussed opportunities to streamline experimental processes, including:
Implementing precise motion control in cutting-edge AFM research with linear stage systems.
Building characterization laboratories with compact equipment for use in glove box workspaces.
Solution processing techniques for graphene solutions to state-of-the-art photovoltaics.

Our new automatic film applicator attracted a lot of interest for its potential to add versatility to large-area coating setups. In particular, many researchers using slot die coating were eager to learn about how the system can be used for bar coating and the opportunities for this technique within their research.
One of the highlights was a talk by François Grenier for Brilliant Matters, who shared their expertise and innovations in scaling up and commercializing organic photovoltaics. We also attended a panel discussion by leading researchers and industry experts on the future of perovskite research, covering topics from specialized solar applications to the global outlook on photovoltaic technologies.
InnoLAE 2025 was a great platform for learning, sharing ideas, and exploring new opportunities in large-area electronics research. We are excited to see how the field changes over the next year!
