Our data shows that 82% of all orders qualify for FREE shipping! For all other orders, we charged a fixed rate flat fee to keep things simple. This part of our commitment to clear, upfront pricing, which lets you know exactly how much everything will cost before you request a quote.
We dispatch the majority of in stock orders within one business day, and if any items are not available for immediate dispatch, we can arrange a partial shipment at no extra cost to you so that you can get your items as soon as possible. We ship all items via tracked courier as standard and will advise you if we think other shipping options might be more suitable for your country of delivery. To ensure your order arrives safely, fragile items are securely packaged to prevent breakage. Dangerous goods are handled in accordance with relevant regional shipping regulations and restrictions, but in most cases are still eligible for free shipping.
