Automatic Film Applicator Features
Intuitive Stage Design
The glass plate stage is pre-printed with a grid pattern so you can quickly setup and align your samples. Combined with a drip tray that can be mounted at either end of the system and software to set the direction of travel, setting up your experiments is simple.
Quick-Lock Design
Designed with a quick locking magnet, the stage can be removed and reinstalled with ease for quick and efficient cleaning between coatings. The drip tray includes the same design so you can clean up excess solution from your system.
Wide Range of Coating Speeds
Our enhanced motorized stage provides smooth, continuous movement across a wide range of speeds. The motor can achieve speeds as low as 0.05 mm.s-1 and as high as 250 mm.s-1, allowing you to coat a wide range of solution viscosities without forming defects.
Large Coating Area
