We work with a number of trusted suppliers to source parts and components, and at our manufacturing center in the UK, we use lean manufacturing principles to ensure the highest quality standards for every product we make. In the design phase, we focus on how to make your processes and experiments more efficient to save you time and keep your research moving forwards.
If things go wrong, we want to make it right. Wherever practical and possible, we repair any products to returned to us to reduce our environmental footprint and cut down on electronic waste. In some cases, we may even be able to ship out a replacement part to you to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

The Ossila warranty guarantees the repair or replacement of defective equipment caused by issues arising from components or the manufacturing process within two years of purchase. It doesn’t cover materials, consumables, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, environmental factors or unauthorised modifications. For safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any equipment which have been used with dangerous goods or biological materials.
