Will my order be fulfilled by Ossila Ltd. or Ossila BV?
Orders to the EU or EEC may be processed and fulfilled by Ossila BV, but depending on stock levels, in some cases your order may still be sent directly from our main office in Sheffield, UK. Dangerous Goods (DGs) will always be fulfilled from our main location.
Please note that to facilitate this, your data (such as your name and delivery address) will be shared between Ossila and Ossila BV Our privacy policy provides more information.

Am I going to be liable for import duties and charges?
No. Orders fulfilled by Ossila BV will not attract import duties or charges. As a gesture of goodwill towards our European customers, we are paying all import duties and charges (where applicable) for all other orders to the EU or EEC. This is being done without any price increases and does not affect our free shipping offer.
What customs issues might arise?
Ossila BV is based in the Netherlands so we are able to ship to our customers in Europe without any customs issues. We will be monitoring and managing customs processing and clearance on any orders to Europe sent directly from Ossila Ltd. but we do not foresee any problems. Should an issue arise, we will deal with it in a timely manner to ensure that your order still reaches you as quickly as possible.
Will it take longer for my order to arrive?
We have taken measures to keep any extension to transit times down to a minimum and are working hard to ensure that all in-stock orders arrive as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, items that are not in stock in our Netherlands location may take slightly longer for your order to reach you than usual. We will continue to monitor transit times and will update both this page and our worldwide shipping information page should the situation change.
