Assembly Guide
Carefully place the evaporation mask on the lower support of the evaporation stack.
Place the upper support / substrate holder on top of the evaporation mask.
Insert your substrates into the evaporation stack with the polished surface touching the mask.
Place the lid onto the stack.
Fasten the stack together with the nuts. Do not overtighten the nuts as this may damage the substrates.
Place the magnetic sheet on the back of the assembled evaporation stack.
