Micron-Level Precision
Precise control for high-resolution, repeatable positioning without backlash or drift. The travel length of 10 mm over three axis provides flexibility in your probe positioning.
Wide Applications
The low leakage current and path resistance is ideal for semiconductor measurements. For other applications, you can easily replace the standard DC probe with syringes, micropipettes, vacuum needles, optical fibers, and more.
Ergonomic Control
The micrometer heads align with each axis so you can control the probe without looking away from your microscope. Available in both left-handed and right-handed configurations, or use the modular design to quickly switch between the two.
