Substrate consumables for creating fully encapsulated LEDs and PVs. Available at a bundle price, the substrate pack contains:
- Modules ITO scale-up substrates
- Encapsulation epoxy
- Encapsulation coverslips
Our substrates are manufactured from commercial-grade ITO used in the flat panel display industry for high consistency and very low defect rates. The encapsulation epoxy has been proven not to damage delicate polymers or reactive layers (such as calcium), and the encapsulation slips prevent water and oxygen ingress when storing your devices under ambient conditions. For testing we recommend a pogo pin based connection, this can be done using the Ossila Solar Cell I-V Test System.
