Substrate Rack
Batch cleaning substrates
Polypropylene body to resist most solvents and acids used in organic electronics
Rack to hold 20 or 15 substrates for a variety of processing techniques. Manufactured from polypropylene to resist most solvents and acids used in organic electronics processes including THF, toluene, xylene, chloroform, chlorobenzene, dichlorobenzene and trichlorobenzene.
Most commonly used for cleaning substrates, the racks are also useful for many other batch processes including solvent annealing, deposition of self-assembled monolayers, low-temperature baking and of course storage. The Substrate Racks are designed to fit perfectly inside our polypropylene beaker which allows annealing and cleaning of substrates with minimum solvent waste.
