HTL Solar 3 PEDOT Complex
Materials, Organic Conductors, PEDOT:PSS and PEDOT Polymer Blends
Toluene-Based PEDOT Formulation
Used for applications in OPV and perovskite solar cells
Specifications | MSDS | Resources and Support
The future production of HTL Solar 3 PEDOT Complex has been discontinued. We can only supply HTL Solar 3 PEDOT Complex as stock lasts. It will be replaced by HTL Solar 4 PEDOT (M1214) Complex in anisole as an alternative with similar properties.
HTL Solar 3 PEDOT Complex is a toluene-based PEDOT formulation using an alternative counter ionomer to PSS, allowing for the dispersion in toluene. HTL Solar 3 is ideal for use with materials, or in environments, that are water sensitive. Examples include in glove box environments or for use with perovskite inks or perovskite precursor materials.
Increased Wettability
Ideal for perovskite solar cells or with materials dissolved in or degraded by water.
Versatile Use
Ideal for use with water sensitive materials or environments
High quality
Quality formulation
Low Conductivity
Low conductivity 0.002 – 0.2 S/cm
PEDOT Complex (HTL Solar 3) from Ossila was featured in the high-impact paper (IF 39.8), Efficient, stable, and fully printed carbon-electrode perovskite solar cells enabled by hole-transporting bilayers, T. Du et al., Joule, 7 (8), 1920-1937 (2023); DOI: 10.1016/j.joule.2023.06.005; and paper (IF 22.0), Carbazole-Based Hole Transport Polymer for Methylammonium-Free Tin–Lead Perovskite Solar Cells with Enhanced Efficiency and Stability, J.
