Overview | Product Information | Related Products
4',4''',4'''''-Nitrilotris([1,1'-biphenyl]-3,5-dicarbaldehyde) (TPA-6CHO, CAS number 2030105-85-0) is C3 symmetric COF ligand with a tri(biphenyl-4-yl)amine core. Each branch of TPA-6CHO has a double reaction site. With the combination of a C2 diamine ligand, TPA-6CHO forms heteropore-COFs. These heteropore-COFs contain with two types of hexagonal pores, exhibiting a hollow-spherical morphology.
TPA-6CHO is also used to construct zyg-type 3D COFs with amine derivatives with four reaction sites. The resulting COF stabilizes photoinduced donor-acceptor radical pairs in photocatalytic production of hydrogen peroxide. It shows a synthesis rate of hydrogen peroxide of 3324 μmol/g·h.
